RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We really hope you love your LAMODA order however, we understand that sometimes you never know until you try it! If you do need to make a return you are welcome to do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that you fill out the supplied returns form completely before sending a return back as any errors or omitted information can result in delays in processing the return.

All UK orders can be returned using our portal to create a returns shipping label. Return requests for refunds will be processed minus the cost of outgoing shipping and the returns label. If you are returning shoes from more than one order, you may return them together to save on shipping costs.

Please ensure that items are returned in original packaging; returns that arrive without our original box or are damaged will incur a damaged item fee of £5.

*Shoes must be in an unworn condition with all original packaging. A damaged item fee will be deducted or charged for scuffed or scratched soles and/or for replacement packaging. Returns of shoes showing signs of use may be refused at our discretion.

Typical processing time is 5 to 7 business days once the item(s) are received. Exchanges will ship back via our standard economy shipping method. An exchange will be shipped at no additional charge.

Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Shipping charges are not refundable.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do not currently offer a returns service for our international customers through our portal; if you would like to return an international order please still complete the returns form but you will need to provide your own shipping label; our return address is listed below. Please note that we cannot reimburse outgoing shipping charges or customs fees for returns or exchanges. The customer is responsible for following the procedure for recouping taxes and duties outlined by the recipient country.
