How do I return something?

Please see below for returns options for UK and international customers.

UK CUSTOMERS:

We currently operate a 14 day returns policy. This is valid from the date you receive your order. 

If you want to return, make sure it's within 14 days and that:

- The item is unworn
- If the item is a pair of shoes, they must be unworn and show no signs of wear 
- All items returned must be in the original packaging
- Shoe boxes must be in a resaleable condition (not taped up or damaged)
- If you have received an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us immediately - before you return any items to us

If the returned products do not meet our returns standard, we may return them to you at your cost. If you send back any items which are exempt from our returns policy, you will be responsible for the costs of us returning these items to you.

All refunds will be made using the same method of payment you used to purchase the items. Please allow upto 14 working days from the date we receive your return for us to process it. Any original postage costs paid are non-refundable. Here's how to return something... 

Step 1: Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.To return your unwanted item(s), please mark which you would like to return using the reason codes provided. Ensure your returns form is correctly filled out or we won't be able to process it! 

Step 2: Return your item(s) in the original packaging, with the tags still attached. We're unable to accept returns for any pierced jewellery, faux septum rings, hats, cosmetics, headpieces, bodychains or any other item that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Step 3: Use our trackable returns label which you will find inside your order. We will deduct £2.99 from the cost of your return if you choose to use our label (this usually saves costs for you as it can be more expensive to send your return through the post office.) Or, if you don't want to use our label and prefer to arrange your own return you can send your parcel to:

Things to remember:

If using your own returns method, it's payable by you so we won't reimburse the cost but we may deduct from your refund if we've incurred a returns fee from your carrier. 

Don't forget to keep proof of postage or tracking number - we'll need this if there are issues with your return.


INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

Unfortunately we are unable to cover the cost of returns or any original postage costs paid for international customers. Returns are to be made at your own cost.

International returns can take between 2-4 weeks to reach us, depending on the shipping method you choose to return by. Any original postage costs paid are non-refundable.

The returned item is the responsibility of the sender until received by us and we cannot cover the cost of any lost items.

Can I change my order?

Due to the fast turn around with our warehouse, unfortunately we're unable to change any part of your order - including the address - once it has been placed. It's simple to return items – please see below.

I have received an incorrect / faulty item / an item is missing from my order:

If you have received the wrong item or something is missing from your order then please contact us before sending your return back to us. This will enable us to deal with the issue quickly and efficiently. If in the unfortunate event you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve this.
