Returns




• Pierced jewellery, opened cosmetics, hats, headpieces, bralets, bodychains, socks
• Shoes that are dirty, scuffed, worn or returned with missing or damaged boxes
• Shoe boxes must be in a re-saleable condition (not taped up or damaged)
• If your return comes back with any of these ineligible items we won't be able to issue a refund or credit – sorry GRL!
• Please note, if 14 days have expired then unfortunately, we are unable to accept your return.




• Fill out your return form with order number, product code and reason code for return (without your order number we’re unable to process the return!)
• Repackage the item in the original box and packaging.
• Use the Royal Mail label.
• Take your parcel to any Post Office and obtain proof of postage.
• We will deduct £2.99 from your refund amount if you choose to use our label.
• You are of course, free to send back unwanted items without this label, some customers find our cost much cheaper, (especially if it is a heavy AF package!).
• If you don't want to use our label and prefer to arrange your own return, send your parcel to:

We strongly recommend using a fully tracked postal service and to keep hold of your proof of postage until your return is received.

•Unfortunately we are unable to cover the cost of returns or any original postage costs paid for international customers.




• Processing returns takes up to 7 working days after they are delivered to our warehouse, we will get to your return ASAP!
• Once registered your refund will be processed back to your original payment method and reflect in your account within 5 – 10 working days.




Size not right? Good news is we offer free exchanges for UK customers.
• Please follow return steps above, fill out your returns form with reason code and make note of the product code and size required for exchange.




• Sorry girl we don’t currently offer exchanges for our international customers. If you'd like to change your item we can suggest returning your item for a refund and placing a new order.
