RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We really hope you love your LAMODA order however, we understand that sometimes you never know until you try it! If you do need to make a return you are welcome to do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that you fill out the supplied returns form completely before sending a return back as any errors or omitted information can result in delays in processing the return.

UK ORDERS

All UK orders can be returned using our portal to create a returns shipping label. Return requests for refunds will be processed minus the cost of outgoing shipping and the returns label (£2.99.) If you are returning shoes from more than one order, you may return them together to save on shipping costs.

Please ensure that items are returned in original packaging; returns that arrive without our original box or are damaged will incur a damaged item fee of £5.

*Shoes must be in an unworn condition with all original packaging. A damaged item fee will be deducted or charged for scuffed or scratched soles and/or for replacement packaging. Returns of shoes showing signs of use may be refused at our discretion.

Typical processing time is 5 to 7 business days once the item(s) are received. Exchanges will ship back via our standard economy shipping method. An exchange will be shipped at no additional charge.

Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Shipping charges are not refundable.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do not currently offer a returns service for our international customers through our portal; if you would like to return an international order please still complete the returns form but you will need to provide your own shipping label; our return address is listed below. Please note that we cannot reimburse outgoing shipping charges or customs fees for returns or exchanges. The customer is responsible for following the procedure for recouping taxes and duties outlined by the recipient country.

INTERNATIONAL|HOW DO I SEND BACK MY RETURN?

  1. Ensure you fill out your return form correctly with your order number, the product you are returning, the reason code, and if you are waiting for a refund or an exchange. If you do not state your order number, we cannot process your return.
  2. Repackage the item in the original box and packaging.
  3. We will deduct the initial outward shipping cost from the total refunded amount.
  4. Take your parcel to your preferred returns service and obtain proof of postage for the tracking number – this will speed up the process and will legitimize that your parcel is on its way back to us. Please send your parcel to the returns address below:

Please note that you will need to provide return postage at your own cost. We strongly recommend for national and international customers to use a fully tracked postal service and to keep hold of your proof of postage until your return is received. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of returns or any original postage costs paid for international customers.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged returns parcels.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

  • Due to Covid19 processing returns, many take up to 7-10 working days after they are delivered to our warehouse, we will get to your return ASAP!
  • Once registered your refund will be processed back to your original payment method and reflected in your account within 5 – 10 working days.

THE UK|CAN I EXCHANGE SOMETHING?

  • Size, not right or just not feeling the shoes? No problem. We offer free exchanges for UK customers. Simply follow the return steps above and make a note of the product code and size/style required for an exchange.

INTERNATIONAL|CAN I EXCHANGE SOMETHING?

  • Currently, we do not offer exchanges for our international customers. If you'd like to change your item we can suggest returning your item for a refund and placing a new order. Simply follow the return steps above.
