Are your shoes true to size?
The majority of our shoes are true to size. If for any reason a style runs big or small, we will always state this in the listing. If you are in-between sizes, we always recommend going up a size. Can I amend my order once it has been placed?
As soon as your order is placed, it is sent to our warehouse to be picked and packed by a member of our team. Due to the quick turn around, we are unable to make any changes to your order once placed. This includes changing a delivery address, delivery method, payment method, size or content of your order. It's really easy to return an unwanted item, simply follow our returns procedure.
Do I need to have an account to shop at Lamoda?
It is not necessary to have an account with us to shop on our website, however we do recommend our customers to create one as this way you will be able to keep track of all your orders and manage your returns. Not to mention it makes the checkout process super quick!
How do I redeem a promotional code?
To redeem a promo code, you must enter it exactly as it was given to you into the promo box at checkout. You can either copy and paste or type the code into the box. Once this has been done, click "update" and this will then be applied to your order. It is vital that you enter the code before you check out as any discount cannot be applied later. If your promo code is not working, please check the below possible issues and solutions: - You may only use one promo / discount code per order. - The terms and conditions of our promotional codes vary, so please check when you receive your code. Codes may only be valid on certain items, in certain countries and will all hold an expiry date which will make them invalid if used outside of these terms.
Can you tell me if an item will be back in stock?
You can email any stock enquiries to email@example.com and we will advise on approximate restock dates, however these dates aren't always guaranteed. We always recommend checking our Instagram and Twitter accounts for restock notifications! Some of our products are limited quantity and will not be restocked.
Help! I forgot my password!
If you forget the password for your account, you can easily reset it by clicking the "Forgot your password?" link at the log in page. You will then receive an email from us to choose a new password. Returns information for UK customers
We now off FREE returns for UK customers! We currently operate a 30 day returns policy. This is valid from the date you receive your order. Please fill in the returns form enclosed with your order and ensure all information is correctly filled out. If you change your mind about any items purchased you can return them to us (except faux septum rings, hats, any pierced jewellery, headpieces, bodychains or any other item that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons) within 30 days of the parcel being delivered to you, provided: the items have not been used if the item is a pair of shoes, they must be unworn and show no signs of wear all items returned must be in the original packaging / boxes shoe boxes must be in a resaleable condition (not taped up or damaged) If the returned products do not meet our returns standard, we may return them to you at your cost. If you send back any items which are exempt from our returns policy, you will be responsible for the costs of us returning these items to you. If you have received an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us immediately, before you return any items to us. All refunds will be made using the same method of payment you used to purchase the items. Please allow upto 7 working days from the date we receive your return for us to process it. Any original postage costs paid are non-refundable.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept both card and Paypal payments. We take fraud very seriously and all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer, so please ensure you enter the correct security information for your payment to be processed.
How does LAMODA sizing work?
As we are a UK based brand, our shoe sizes are listed in UK sizes by default, however if you are an international customer you can read along the size line to find your size equivalent - e.g: UK 3 / EU 36 / US 5 / AUS 5. We never want to send you something that doesn't fit properly so please double check you have selected the correct size before checkout.
Where is my order?
Please check your order confirmation email to view your estimated delivery date. If you have chosen a next day or express service, you will be able to watch your parcel. You will have received an email with details on how to do this. If you have chosen a standard service, you order has been sent with your local postal service. Please allow the stated timeframe on your order confirmation email for your order to be delivered. If the estimated delivery date has passed and you have not received your order, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
